A Sampling of the Results

Forsyth County Parks and Recreation provides a wide variety of youth recreation opportunities, yet not all families are able to afford the participation fees. Forsyth County Parks Foundation and Forsyth County Parks and Recreation have designed a youth scholarship program to provide funding for these families.  

• The 2021 Tour de Forsyth surpassed its goal for runners raising thousands of dollars for underserved children to attend FC Parks & Recreation Programs!
• Our Fly High For Parks Event raised about $9,000 for camp scholarships!
