The Forsyth County Parks Foundation, Inc., a 501c3 non profit organization is a group of community members who believe that parks and recreation are of vital importance to our community.
The Foundation creates partnerships, facilitates grants and raises funds to support parks and recreation programs and facilities.

- Raise Funds to Award Annual Scholarships to Underserved Children in our community allowing them to attend FC Parks & Recreation Programs
- Sell Commemorative Benches to raise funds for park projects
- Park improvements and beautification projects - Ex. 2026 focus to purchase at least one All Terrain Chair to start a pilot program to assist children and adults to be more mobile along FC Park trails
- Matching grants for needed enchancements - for local park groups like the FC Disc Golf Club, Eagle Scout Candidates, etc
