The Foundation creates partnerships, facilitates grants and raises funds to support parks and recreation programs and facilities.

- Raise Funds to Award Annual Scholarships to Underserved Children in our community allowing them to attend FC Parks & Recreation Programs
- Sell Commemorative Benches and Rocking Chairs to raise funds
- Park improvements and beautification projects
- Matching grants for needed enchancements
