All Terrain Chair Project
For 2026, we will be working to raise funds to donate an All Terrain Chair (ATC) to FC Parks & Recreation like the ones shown above. An ATC can support independence and togetherness allowing for a more inclusive park experience for those in need of mobility assistance. An ATC pilot program starting at Sawnee Mountain Preserve could go far to opening up the great outdoors and healthier lifestyles for individuals and families. Our efforts to raise funds are well underway and we hope to see multiple vehicles in parks throughout Forsyth County someday. Help us, help more people of all ages and physical abilities discover parks in Forsyth County!
